Lecturer, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
University teaching, North Western University, Department of EEE, 2024
Since August 2024, I have served as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at North Western University, Bangladesh, delivering lectures, running laboratory sessions, designing assignments, and supervising student projects.
Courses Taught
Digital Image Processing (EEE-4255) Lectures on core image-processing theory and modern computer vision; lab sessions and assignments on filtering, feature extraction, and deep-learning-based image analysis; supervision of computer-vision projects.
Digital Signal Processing (EEE-4115) Theoretical foundations of discrete-time signals and systems, the discrete and fast Fourier transforms, and filter design, with an emphasis on biomedical signal analysis (especially EEG).
Sessional on Digital Signal Processing (EEE-4116) Laboratory sessions implementing DSP in MATLAB and Python; supervision of student projects in EEG signal processing, filtering, and feature extraction.
Basic Electrical Circuits (EEE-1221) Fundamental laws, network theorems, and circuit analysis, with an accompanying assignment sequence.
Thesis Supervision
I supervise three undergraduate thesis students from problem formulation through manuscript submission, teaching programming, classical machine learning, deep learning, and signal processing.
